Plant Sales: The biggest plant sale of the year is at our annual Spring Flower Festival
which is typically the first Saturday in May, timed to coincide with the tulip display.
At the festival we not only have Kingwood's perennial sale, but we have an assortment
of specialty growers that sell a wide array of unusual, distinctive, and rare plants. For a
