THE EARTH, WIND & FLOWERS GARDEN CLUB The 25 members of this club, formed in 1985 and based in the Bucyrus/Crawford County area, include 4 Master Gardeners , 2 accredited Flower Show Judges, one student judge and a weekly newspaper contributor. Programs balance their interests in horticulture, designing, touring their own and public gardens and conserving plant and animal resources, and appeal to both novice and experienced gardeners.

PERENNIAL PLANT SALE Saturday, May 14 from 9 a.m. until Noon at the Arts & Crafts Building on the Crawford County Fairgrounds Some of the plants available for purchase include: echinacea, lupine, bee balms, grasses, forget-me-nots, heucheras, dianthus, columbine, coreopsis, phlox, iris, candy tufts, delphinium, red lobelia, cone flowers, alliums, hostas, liatris, butterfly weed, butterfly bush, daisies, bleeding heart, and many kinds of herbs EACH SHOPPER WHO PURCHASES $20 WORTH OF MATERIALS WILL HAVE THEIR NAME PLACED IN A DRAWING FOR A HANGING FLOWERING PLANT
